Located in the heart of north Texas, University of Texas at Arlington (fondly called as UT Arlington or UTA) is a public research university that was founded in 1895. They came with a great expectation to build partnership with CTBC Business School. UTA Vice President, Curtis Andressen, and Professor Jack Yang came to our campus on December 13 and visited CTBC President, Kuang-Hsun Shih, and Provost, Chin-Che Cheng.
In the meeting, V.P. Andressen got straight to the point and shared his blueprint of collaboration with both sides after a brief introduction of CTBC presented by Victoria Chang, Director of the International Affairs and Accreditation. V.P. Andressen also looked forward to introducing a Double Bachelor‘s degree, and a Dual Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from UTA College of Engineering to CTBC Department of Artificial Intelligence.
Even though it was a short visit, but a great beginning of partnership between both institutions. CTBC Business School is thrilled expending the partnerships with world-wide known universities, which provide students more patterns to pursue their degrees and acquire unique overseas experiences in their study paths.
